Renzo Louie Candano is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in venture capital, consulting, and entrepreneurship. He is currently serving as a Scout Fellow for Initiator VC, a UK-based VC fund and accelerator that invests in student entrepreneurship. Renzo is also set to join Amazon as an Incoming Sr. Manager for their Launch Program. In addition, he is an MBA candidate at London Business School. Renzo's past experiences include a Summer Associate role at Bain & Company, where he established a Pricing & Promotions analytics center of excellence for a leading Thai retailer. He also served as a Venture Development Collaborator for Kaya Founders, a venture studio and early-stage venture capital fund that builds and invests in market-leading digital companies in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Renzo holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University. He has also completed several courses, including a Summer course on Fixed Income Securities, Debt Markets, and the Macro Economy at LSE and a Summer Course on Korean Business and History at Sogang University. With 3.69 years of relevant experience, Renzo has developed a strong skill set in venture capital, business strategy, and entrepreneurship.
